Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, including any portion payable by insurance per the terms of your individual dental insurance plan. Our office will do our best to ensure accurate information is presented to you regarding your treatment plan before the start of treatment. It is our office policy that payment is expected on the day that services are rendered. Please note that credit card payments are preferred, unless expressly arranged by the front office staff. Kirby Smiles also accepts Care Credit - ask our front desk for details.

Kirby Smiles participates with many dental insurance companies with a PPO plan, including Cigna, United Healthcare, SunLife, Guardian, MetLife, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (excluding Federal plans). This is not a complete list, so please call our office to inquire about your particular PPO dental insurance plan.
