Stacy Gorman, RDH - Dental Hygienist

I am Stacy Gorman, a Registered Dental Hygienist and I have been in practice for over 20 years. I started off my career in Connecticut, but my family and I moved here in October of 2022 and are proud to now call Texas our home.

I graduated from dental hygiene school in Farmington, CT in 2004. While in my program, I earned the prestigious Golden Scaler Award, which is the highest honor given to a dental hygiene student for outstanding patient care.

I take pride in treating my patients with care, gentleness and quality service to aid in their comfort, and to educate them to take on the responsibility to help them develop and maintain excellent oral hygiene regimens.

I am a wife and a mother of two residing in the Pearland area. I enjoy cooking, music, singing and spending time with loved ones. Fun fact: I have won two karaoke contests and continue to enjoy going out to sing! I love all genres of music and one of my favorite pastimes is attending concerts to see live performers.

Tiffany Charles, RDH, MBA - Dental Hygienist

My name is Tiffany and I am a registered dental hygienist. I have been in dentistry for 10 years. I graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. I attended the University of Houston Clear Lake Keller Graduate School of Management and earned a Master in Business Administration. In addition to clinical practice I also served as a clinical instructor for the Dental Hygiene program at Pima Medical Institute from 2022-2024.

What motivates me about working with patients is helping them maintain good oral hygiene and periodontal health. I am also passionate about educating patients about the importance of oral health and how the oral cavity affects the rest of the body. The ability to help someone smile again or be proud of their smile is why I do what I do.

I have 8 kids—5 by birth and 3 by marriage. I am a teacher by nature, and I love to travel and dance. My next planned vacation is Santorini, Greece! Another fun fact about me is that I served in the Army and was an expert marksman!

Del’Quanta Guy-Ford, RDA - Registered Dental Assistant

My name is Del’Quanta and I am the lead assistant at Kirby Smiles. I have been in the dental field for 29 years starting at the age of 17 under Dr. Lionel Williams. As a lead dental assistant I am motivated to make my doctor’s job easier which also helps make the experience better for the patients.

What I enjoy most about working with patients is making them smile again! Being a people person myself, I can talk about anything!

Fun fact: I have seen every episode of The Simpsons multiple times. Outside of work, I enjoy karaoke, riding rollercoasters and traveling.

Angelica Guajardo, RDA - Registered Dental Assistant

I have been a Dental Assistant for 5 years. I love coming to work and continuing to learn new things. I enjoy creating good relationships with patients and to know they feel at ease coming to the dentist.

A few of my hobbies include jogging at the park or going to the gym, and I love anything to do with arts and crafts.

Carolina Lobo, BS - Office Manager

My name is Carolina and I am the Office Manager here at Kirby Smiles. I joined the practice over 3 years ago but I have been in the dental field for 17 years now. I enjoy facilitating a positive and smooth experience for both our patients and our team. I take pride in fostering a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to a practice that prioritizes compassionate, comfortable care.

Outside of the office, you can find me practicing yoga, enjoying a meal at a local restaurant, or jet setting around the world. I also enjoy spending quiet evenings with my three dogs: Pepper, Ruby, and PJ.
